WaShop (SecureX Digital) respects your privacy and your right to control your data.

How to Request Data Deletion

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and applicable privacy laws, you may request the deletion of your user data at any time. Since WaShop acts as a technical provider connecting to your own WhatsApp/Facebook accounts, you also have direct control over removing our App's access via your Facebook Business Settings.

To permanently delete your WaShop account and all associated data from our systems, please follow these steps:

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Store Name].
  3. Please send the email from the registered email address associated with your account.

Expected Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days.

Method 2: Facebook App Settings

You can also revoke our permission to access your data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Look for Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
  3. Find WaShop in the list.
  4. Click Remove.

Note: This stops new data collection but does not automatically delete previously stored data on our servers. Please use Method 1 for complete removal.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account profile (Email, Name).
  • Store configuration and catalog data.
  • Access tokens for Instagram/WhatsApp APIs.
  • Order history stored on our platform.

Note: This does not affect messages already sent to your WhatsApp or data held by Meta platforms directly.
